The River Ridge Middle School Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization committed to supporting and providing resources that help all River Ridge Middle School parents, teachers, staff and students meet the school's stated mission, which is to to provide the highest degree of instructional excellence while recognizing the unique needs and developing the abilities of every student. We call it "Mission Possible."
National PTA® comprises millions of families, students, teachers, administrators, and business and community leaders devoted to the educational success of children and the promotion of parent involvement in schools.
PTA prides itself on being a powerful voice for all children, a relevant resource for families and communities, and a strong advocate for public education. Membership in PTA is open to anyone who wants to be involved and make a difference for the education, health, and welfare of children and youth.
The River Ridge Middle School PTSA's affiliation with state and national PTA organizations, as well as its authority, purpose and other organizational policies and procedures are defined in the local bylaws and the state bylaws.
